HELP! I CAN'T LOG IN!

If you have ordered with us from the old website, an account has been created for you on the new website to make it easier for you to access (although it might not look like it now!).

This means you have been assigned an automatic password that needs to be reset* now to make it your own.

*To do this, just go to the login page from the menu section at https://www.fermentoweb.co.uk/login and write your email in the "existing customer" form, then click on "lost password" - this will guide you through the password reset process and allow you to login into your personal page.

*This will only need to be done the first time you place an order with the new website.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes, we do. (Please note our dine in area is small and can get busy)

Do you do gluten free pizzas?

Unfortunately, we don't have the means to guarantee any product being handled in our kitchen to be gluten free. We have a "low gluten pizza" for anybody choosing to reduce gluten intake, but not suitable for celiac disease or gluten intolerances.

Do you have free parking?

No. But there is a 3 hours free of charge car park just up the road (Kirkgate Car Park)

Do you do pasta?

Even though we started as a Trattoria in 2018, we have turned into a Pizzeria during the Covid 19 Pandemic and are currently specialising in Pizza products only. Our Dine in menu also includes sharing platters, salads and desserts.
